Frequently Asked Questions  What’s your warranty? We warranty our ceramic products for up to one year to be free from manufacturing defects, excluding seconds and one-of-a-kind pieces. If you encounter issues with your Tagliaferro Ceramics, please email or call Customer Service with details and we will help resolve the issue. Do your ceramics contain lead or any other harmful ingredients? We do not use lead as a glaze ingredient. Since every piece of dinnerware — from clay to kiln — is made in our factory right here in Talent, we know our materials and where they come from. I noticed that no two of my Tagliaferro pieces look exactly alike. Is that normal? We proudly handcraft our products in a way that’s unique to Tagliaferro Ceramics. Our materials and process result in natural variation from piece to piece, including irregularities in glaze color, texture, and finish — and that’s something we celebrate. ~ We feel that these characteristics are in no way considered flaws and only add to the one-of-a-kind beauty of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure that it lives up to our high standards of quality as well as those our customers have come to expect from Tagliaferro Ceramics. How long will it take for my order to ship? Most of our products are made to order and will take 3-4 to complete production. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped. How quickly will my order arrive? Delivery for domestic orders usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive. International delivery will depend on your country. Do you accept international orders? Yes we do! We ship worldwide. What is your returns policy? We want you to love our ceramics as much as we do. That is why we offer our customers a no worries refund service. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us for a refund or exchange ~ your choice! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the goods within 10 working days from the date you originally received them. Do note that all refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the original shipping cost. For more info, please view the Customer Care page. The item was damaged during transit. What do I do? We take great care in packaging your orders as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods. We may request photographic proof of breakage or damage. Will my ceramics arrive safely? All pieces we are so proud to sell are made with love & attention in our studio. We take the same care when wrapping them for delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our ceramics are protected by a secure layer of bubble wrap, then completely surrounded in a comfy bed of eco-friendly packaging void fill to protect the piece from knocks & bumps during transit. ~ Should something happen to the parcel despite all our packaging efforts, we will do our very best to replace the item, find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund. ~ Wherever possible, we use bio-degradeable and/or recycled packaging products.
