How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We make all of our pieces by hand and believe in the slow and thoughtful process of fine craftsmanship. Each piece is lovingly crafted by our highly trained artisans and must past our quality standards before being shipped out to you.

Our standard lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on the size of your order. You can always email us to check on the status of your order and we’re happy to give you an update. If you have a RUSH order or a time sensitive gift, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.

 

How do I care for my new ceramics?

 

Our ceramic wares are dishwasher safe. We recommend using a mild detergent and not overloading your dishwasher, to keep your dishes from bumping into one another. Your ceramics are crafted from durable stoneware fired 2200 degrees and are not prone to breakage or chipping. With care, your ceramic dinner and serving ware will last forever and be an heirloom to cherish.

 

What is your warranty on Tagliaferro Ceramics pieces?

 

We warranty our ceramics for one year from purchase for defects in manufacture. If you encounter issues with your pieces, please email dawne@tagceramics.com and we will help resolve the issue.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

We do. We want you to be completely happy with your pieces and if you are not, you may return or exchange them. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and the pieces must be packed safely and arrive back undamaged for a refund.
